I am an experienced Accredited Integrative Counsellor. I have years of experience and worked successfully with a cross section of individuals, both male and female. My style of counselling is direct, and I do offer an opinion.

Most of us, at some point in our life, will need help. Particularly dealing with the layers of stress and anxiety, that builds inside each of us. Be it improving your personal relationships, or work related stress, or, typically, both these things, it makes absolute sense to get the right support.

A flavour of my style and the work we will do together; think about this for a moment. How you choose to think about a situation, will affect how you feel, both physically and emotionally. How you feel, can alter what you choose to do next. Particularly how you react. How you choose to react, can have a huge impact on the path you take.

Counselling enables you to identify what lies at the root of your stress and anxiety. We work closely together, and pin-point key changes you need to make - to feel better. Then, we identify, how, you will go about making your changes, actually happen.

‘My work is mainly by direct referral as clients, post counselling, report a positive, significant, difference in how they feel. Typically, you invest in trips to your hairdresser, your dentist, your optician, etc, etc. So, how much more important should it be, to invest in yourself! Long term, this choice usually saves you money.
