At the heart of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the belief that all feelings and behaviours stem from your thoughts. You will learn to understand the relationship between patterns of behaviour you find yourself in, and thoughts you generate, about these situations. Particularly, how your thoughts are affecting you, and how to make wiser choices moving forward.
To get a flavor of my style and the work we will do together, think about this for a moment; how you think about a situation will affect how you feel both physically and emotionally. How you feel will alter what you do next, particularly how you react. Your reaction will affect the path you take in life. We work together and identify key changes you need to make, to achieve the successful life you deserve, fulfilling your unique potential.
